Products may be used for an unlimited duration providing the customer adheres to the following terms and conditions.

6.3 Customers may not re-sell, re-publish, copy or distribute any document downloaded from www.voluntarysectorhelp.co.uk or any part thereof for use by any third party, including another organisation within a group.
6.4 Customers may not share their unique customer reference or login details with any third party in any such way that causes the third party to gain products unlawfully from www.voluntarysectorhelp.co.uk.
6.5 If you suspect that your bank account, e-mail address, name or likeness is in any way being used to purchase services unlawfully from www.voluntarysectorhelp.co.uk you should email support@voluntarysectorhelp.co.uk immediately.
6.6 Voluntary Sector Solutions Ltd. will not issue any refunds either in full or part where access to downloadable content is withdrawn due to a breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Customer.
